For our dedicated warehouse logistics team, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on person to start immediately or by arrangement

Logistics specialist (100%)

 

The main tasks include the following activities:

  • Receiving and checking incoming goods for quantity, quality and condition
  • Storage of goods and warehouse management according to process specifications
  • Picking and packing outgoing goods and shipping them 
  • Recording of goods movements in the ERP 
  • Internal mail and courier services
  • General warehouse work, such as maintenance and cleaning
  • Planning and carrying out stocktaking
  • Assistance with disposal - cardboard, plastic, etc.
  • Support from the FM team (housekeeping, fleet management)

In the foreseeable future, it is planned that the person will take over from the current warehouse manager. This future extended scope of tasks and responsibilities will then include topics such as personnel management, resource planning, warehouse concept or process definition.

We look forward to getting to know you if you have the following requirements profile:

  • Professional basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ with further training as a logistics specialist or with equivalent further training
  • Multi-year experience in warehouse logistics (incoming goods, order picking, outgoing goods)
  • Flexible, resilient and very reliable personality with a high sense of responsibility
  • First management experience of smaller teams
  • Forklift license (SUVA recognized) and vehicle license Cat. B
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good MS Office user knowledge and sound ERP experience (NAV2017 is an advantage)
  • Team player, sense of order and organizational talent
