Asynchronous generators
The easy-to-maintain alternative to the classic synchronous generator.
The asynchronous generator represents a reliable, cost-effective and easy-to-maintain alternative to the classic synchronous generator for the use of regenerative energy sources such as wind and hydropower, even in small and medium-sized plants. Depending on the application, asynchronous generators are operated on their own grid or in parallel with an existing grid.
