- Renters pay in the BICONTcasa Web Portal by Visa, Master, PostFinance, TWINT or classic via e-banking/at the post office with a QR payment slip credit. .
- The wash card can be reloaded with this credit.
- With the washing card, renters can wash and dry at the various washing machines.
- The payment data is automatically synchronized between the ELEKTRON account, server and charging station. Once a month, the washing credit is transferred to the account of the administration or the owner and the statement is delivered to the desired locations. The administration can view all detailed information at any time in the BICONTcasa Web Portal.

The autonomous charging of the credit by the tenants relieves the janitor of the need to manage cash and the risk of theft of money transfers disappears. As soon as tenants use a machine, the corresponding amount is debited directly from their personal user card. All usage information and transactions are available to the administration online in the web portal at any time. The payment of fees to the administration is automatically made to their bank account every month.
