With the Iridium gen4 luminaire, Signify (ex Philips) has launched a new and significantly revised version of its popular luminaire family, fully optimized for visual comfort and easy maintenance without tools. In addition, thanks to the latest LED technology and long life, the fourth generation Iridium luminaire also offers impressive economy and energy efficiency with maximum light output. Like the Luma luminaire, the Iridium gen4 also features a new plug-and-play the "GearFlex Box" with all control components in a fully insulated plastic box, allowing simplified installation, maintenance and repair with standardized spare parts and tool-free access. The individual nameplate (QR code) means that all relevant information can be viewed directly on site via the free Service Tag app.

System Ready architecture and eco-friendly lighting options

All Iridium gen4 luminaires are equipped with optional System Ready architecture, ensuring straightforward connectivity to existing lighting management systems such as Interact City and other existing or future third-party Zhaga-D4i (ZD4i) lighting management systems and sensor systems. In addition, all Iridium gen4 luminaires, can be optionally equipped with a special light color "ClearStar", which reduces light pollution and protects the habitat of nocturnal animals.

Tub and GentleBeam technology for high visual comfort and good light distribution
