Liquid cold plates
Where the cooling capacity by air cooling is no longer sufficient, we use high-quality cold plates with liquid cooling.
For an optimal flow rate with low pressure drop and a homogeneous temperature distribution on the cold plate surface, an application-specific channel guide, with inserted turbulators, which is milled directly into the aluminum body of the cold plate. This allows mounting holes to be bypassed, which would have an impact on thermal performance and pose an obstacle during soldering.

Aluminum cold plates
Aluminum is very popular as a material for cold plates. It has high thermal conductivity, is relatively light, corrosion resistant and suitable for recycling. Cold plate connections can also be brazed.
Aluminum cooling plates with copper tubes
Thanks to its high thermal conductivity of over 400 W/mK, copper is an ideal material for cooling plates - especially those that need to work in confined spaces and as efficiently as possible. In addition, copper is even more corrosion-resistant than aluminum, which is why it is particularly popular for industrial systems.
Aluminum cooling plates with stainless steel tubes
With significantly lower thermal conductivity, stainless steel is less efficient in cooling. Very high corrosion resistance and a greater variety of cooling fluids make this material ideal for use.
