Technical specialist for sensor technology (80-100%)

 

Your tasks:

  • First level support: Telephone and written support for external and internal technical inquiries in the field of sensor technology
  • Customer inquiries: Technical and commercial clarification of customer inquiries and orders in collaboration with product management and field service.
  • Complaint management: Handling technical customer complaints and complaints to suppliers in the field of sensor technology in cooperation with the responsible product manager.
  • Service and repair orders: Creating service and repair orders, taking into account capacity utilization and stock levels.
  • Goods returns: Ensuring and implementing the end-to-end goods returns process in terms of customer service.
  • Substitute: Deputizing for the technical specialist for lighting management SOC.

 

Your profile:

  • Completed basic commercial or technical training
  • First experience in technical processing
  • Strong technical flair and analytical thinking
  • High social skills and customer orientation
  • High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Sure handling of MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German
